Shafiga, the single mother of Nabirye, has completed her training to be a hairdresser and provide the main support for her household of three -which includes Namususwa, a generous older woman who took them both in off the street when Nabirye was an infant. Her needs to start her own business are straightforward: to purchase a kiosk for the salon ($280) and to stock it with the tools and products needed to begin (a total of $320).
Anything you are able to contribute to this campaign will put Shafiga closer to her dream of self-sufficiency. Webale ino ino!
